Walking around the block a few times a day get you upland your blood flowing. I find it to be the best way to stay fit and completely free as well.

I love going to the local town pool for water aerobics 3x week . Water aerobics stengthens muscles & tendons. . Increases Range of motion, reduces swelling . Utilizing exercises for arthritis. Post op reccomended by Drs & therapists. Pool heated in winter cooled in summer.
